of General Document Types

Agenda
A preparatory document containing all items to be addressed during a meeting.

Communication Record
A written record of email, phone or in person conversations.

Minutes
The written record of a meeting that gives an overview of the meeting structure, a statement of issues, responses to the issues and items that require action.

Report
Document containing information on the activities of APSA and its committees and/or information relevant to employment at SFU. 

Resource
Information of expertise that can be referenced and used for support.
